Do you woke up in the morning with a dry cotton mouth or a sore throat? Chances are you are snoring and do not even know.
Snoring is among the common sleep disorders that affect people at many ages, the tendency worsen for heavy people. Habitual or chronic snoring is what really needs to be addressed. Chronic snoring is often a sign of a more difficult medical problem. Something may have gone wrong with system of your body because it was neglected.
oftentimes when snoring constantly through out the night can disrupt sleep patterns. Frequent snorers then lose sleep and feel tired during the morning.
Generally, the basics of snoring is caused by the physical obstruction of air flow through the mouth and nose. Some factors that causes this are:
Nasal airways obstruction – blocked p***ages from the nasal require effort to transfer air through. People snore most of the time during allergy season or when sinus cavity is infected.
Muscle tone of the tongue – Snoring prolems is caused when the tongue in the throat is to relaxed and the tongue will fall back into the airway causing snoring problems. This can be caused by medicine or age.
Extra throat tissue – obesity causes or can be the cause of snoring by the enlarged glands blocking the airp***age.
Swollen Uvula – during the allergy season or just being infected can cause snoring. The uvula can swell up and bound air causing instant snorts in the sleep.
What ever the problem you have with snoring, consult your doctor to task advises before attempting to self diagnose the problems. The problem can be change mostly by applying techniques or change sleeping habits.
